EWF PROFESSIONAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
What is the EWF Professional Mentorship Program?
The EWF professional mentorship program for finance professionals is designed to match interested mentors with professional women looking for guidance as they navigate through their careers. Throughout the program, mentors and mentees will have opportunities to attend EWF networking events and panel discussions.
Partnership with MENTOR Canada
We are excited to announce that MENTOR Canada will be partnering up with us to give mentors and mentees professionally-guided sessions in the early stages of the program. The goal is to fully equip participants with the tools and confidence required to proactively lead the mentorship experience for the duration of our program and any mentorships in the future.
What to expect
The 4-month program will kick off in October 2024 followed by a virtual orientation. Regular mentorship meetings will start in November 2024 and end in February 2025. All participants will be invited to use MentorCity, a mentorship software, to find their mentorship matches and manage mentorship progresses. The professional program will be conducted mainly via a traditional one-on-one mentoring format.
Participants will have an opportunity to get featured on our social media sites.
